Modifying the shape of the tour back cavity from the long irons through the short irons determines the distance from CG to shaft line optimally through the set. This CG placement also provides an ideal sweet spot for accomplished players. The long irons are easier to square and the short irons have the ideal trajectory. The I-302s are made of soft 1025 carbon steel shaped via a 6x struck forging process. This process provides more uniformity to the grain and a more precise shaping to the clubface. The thin topline provides an accomplished player the confidence to shape shots and attack all pin placements. The double round radiused sole allows the club to glide easily through all turf conditions.
