		<description>As a bonus to Phil's success and unfortunate family concerns, Phil's sponsor KPMG has gone and done the unthinkable. They fired a lady for taking time off her job to mourn her 22 year old sons death. They said it affected her performance. NO S@#T! I'm pretty sure this would affect anyones performance too. I'm surprised they didn't fire Phil after taking time off for his family.
